The Garden City Hotel

User Reported: i made a table reservation by the garden city hotel’s bar and then they allowed me to also use the lobby. i bought soft drinks from the bar but asked if there was a minimum i needed to cover and they said officially yes. but they were nice about it. In the bar there’s a nice seating area by fireplace, but its dark and some background noise. lobby was interesting with lots of places to sit. also, the hotel doesn’t have much of a grounds, but the front yard is nice with hanging lights at night. some nights its open as a bar, but i wasn’t there for that.the hotel staff said that the nearby town is also nice for walking around.
